It will all bolt right up, you'll need a fuel regulator and thats about it.
Your accessories will not bolt to his motor more then likely. The holes for the brackets are in different spots from year to year.

If not you may have to go to a earlier setup that works with the heads on the new engine

If you stick with the tbi set up, you'll get better fuel economy then with the carb. You will have to overcome some computer and fuel pressure issues though to feed the extra cubes.
Don't you have a 700R4 tranny? I have one behind my stroker (426HP 500TQ) and
have only replaced the governor springs and put in a corvette servo. Shifts solid.
has overdrive and is holding up well to my abuse.
I also have the stock 10 bolt posi under it. It's holding up but I haven't put a set of slicks under it and done an all out launch. I expect that will crater when I do...
I took pics during the swap. only had to modify the AC bracket to clear the bigger aluminum heads and tall valve covers, and one bolt hole on the alternator. shoot me a note and I'll send you the pics.
