14093638 Block with 462624 heads. Will it work in my 1984? Will it run?

I know block was cast I110 (Sept. 11, 1990) and heads are for 350/400 1975-1985 trucks.

What things should I look out for?

as long as its not an ltx or lsx then heads and blocks are all interchangable

block casting says 350 and your heads are for a 350 so yes it will work

though ppl say the 462624 heads are garbage. i have no personal expierence with them

I bought the combo yesterday just before I posted. It was a great price.

FYI- the engine came with a Weiand Intake with a Rochester 2 Jet carb... (including 4 to 2 bbl Adapter)

 

i would maybe buy another set of heads though. do a search of them, seems like nothing but problmes.
