i have a 92 firebird that had a 305 that i did a lil work on swaped it for another 305 and i blew every rod bearing... so now i bought a 335 stroker put it in bolted it up and now i am am stuck because of the starter . i was told the engine came out of a truck . and also was told this flywheel has a 168 teeth and the starter has to match to that which would be an off set bolt pattern which is diffrent from the 305 that has 158 teeth on the flywheel that takes a starter that has a stright bolt pattern . so i need info on this 335 like where i could get a starter from maybe the hp and toque idk much. i am just going with it learning as i go ... also have been going to school for automotive so i am looking for anykind of info that is useful
