Doing V6 to V8 Swap. Need Info
I got an 89 Camaro RS with the 2.8L v6 in it and 5 speed tranny. Im going to install a carburated 350 with a HEI Distributor with vaccuum Advance. Only question is, The wiring harness that came witht he v6, can i remove it or do i still need some of it? like for the guages and things like that. Also how exactly do u hook up the HEI ignition?. Id like to cut and get rid of as many wires as i can to clean it up. Already got rid of the AC system. Just need help as far as the Carb vaccuum lines and HEI ignition. Any help would be appreciated. I already got the motor. Just waiting for some mroe info before i put it in
