Help picking springs? Which of these would work best?

Help picking springs? Which of these would work best?
So im working to get everything set up for a lt4 hot cam swap into a vortec 5.7 which i plan on swapping into my car soon. (LG4 atm)
I have the choice of getting the gmp 1249924 ls6 beehive springs or the comp cam 982 kit springs.
Which is a more solid spring for my setup? ill be getting the heads machined but would like the extra insurance with some solid springs and read that both work but they have different specs.
