416 heads with an LT1 roller cam?

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt w/ discs
416 heads with an LT1 roller cam?
Hi guys,
I've been searching for hours and I can't seem to find a straight-forward answer to my question.
I have a 350 with a stock LT1 roller cam in it, but it turns out the 906 Vortec heads that came with the motor were screwed up by the previous owner trying to drill to fit traditional manifolds....
I have a pair of 416 heads from my old LG4 sitting around, and I just would like to know what all must I do in order to use them with the roller set-up since I know the LG4 used a hydraulic flat tappet?
If this questions been asked before, please point me in the right direction!

!!!!Would Z28 springs that can handle .600 lift be too much?

Well since "Z28" springs can only stand about .500" of lift if set up with enough seat pressure for aftermarket cams, and that weenie stock LT1 cam only has about .440" - .460" of lift depending on which one it is (there's about 4 or 5; the B-body ones are SUPER weenie, and tend to be the more common), they should be totally fine.

No.
New, they're weenier than the springs from the 416s are after 20-odd years.
