hello i am new to this forum so forgive me if i make a mistake or two. I own a repair shop here in new york. I have a customer who blew up his 83 corvette w/ 350 cross fire. He wants to swap everthing to a low milage 305 he has from a 86 motecarlo. He is doing this to keep cost down as he allready has the 305 in ques.I know everthing will bolt up to the 305 but will the stock cam work w/ the cross fire system. i know i need 305 injectors but what else. thanks for any help.

should work fine-may need to use f-body 305 chip in the
ECM: '84 vette(there was no offical '83 vettes sold,but
"84"vettes went on sale in march 1983)used the same
ECM as '83 C/F f-bods. '82 ECMS use a different chip
but again same ECM between vette and f-bods for '82
