84 C4 Corvette Motor To Swap Out My 305 TBI?

I have a 91 RS, 305 TBI. I was wondering if it's possible and how hard would it be to swap out my 305 to the Vette's 350? The motor in question is out of an 84 Corvette. But I have an 85 Corvette parts car with the fuel injection wiring harness, fuel rail, plenum, and a few other things. I know I would need intake runners and a lower manifold. Either that or just get a TPiS MiniRam. Anyone done something like this before?

350 is a bolt in swap in place of the 305
What you use for a intake is up to you.
Could use your existing TBI intake and computer ( with tuning mods )
Could use TPI intake ( and TPI computer/ wiring )
Could use a MR but are going to need other parts in the engine ( cam , etc ) to make it work

You can use the short block with any combination of intakes, just make sure you have the correct ECM for what you want to do, MAF, speed density or TBI.

The rumor is that the early C4 Corvettes engines have forged internals with two valve reliefs per piston instead of four and four bolt mains. It was said that GM had the forged TRW pistons, 4 bolt main blocks and forged cranks leftover from the C3 production run and used them in the C4 till they ran out of stock, then they went to 2 bolt mains, hypereutectic pistons and cast cranks. I've seen pictures but haven't verified it yet. Go over to www.corvetteforum.com and search the C4 boards. If you have any questions , I'm Corvette40 on the board.
Good luck.

Ok, thanks. The engine is just sitting on the side, so I thought Id drop it in for a little more power. I wonder what the power figure and fuel economy would be with the 84 Corvette motor and the TBI intake? Or if the Corvette Crossfire Injection twin TBI would be have both better? I have so many questions lol

It would be great if that rumor was true. Forced induction would be in my neat future
