Re: 350 HO SWAP- Need some experts?
Awesome! No to wait for tax refund. Planning on ordering 350ho hooker 2055. Rpm air gap. Holley 750. And make it breathe fresh air through my formula cowl, unless someone steps in and tells me that the cowls cooling properties outweigh the fresh breathe. Also, may I use my stock tv cable? I see that summit sells a kit to correct the geometry.

Re: 350 HO SWAP- Need some experts?
Thanks! Do you think that the vortec heads may interfere with fitment and clearence of the 2055's? Sorry for question after question. I just want to make sure I get it right the first time. Btw I am swapping out an Lo3 tbi. To carb. 350ho. Keeping the 700r4. Also keeping a/c. Just throwin that out there incase there's anything I've overlooked. Pretty straight gorward. I'm going to run a swutch for the lock up converter. Get the geometry correcter for tv cable. And run an inline electric fuel pump. And for now use a. Regular carb hei distributor. Am I missing anything to yours or anyone elses knowledge?

Understand I'm going mostly from what I've heard here rather than personal experience with exactly what you're doing...
In-line fuel pump - are you sure you want to do that? If the TBI in-tank pump isn't operating, you'll have to drop the tank to remove it or the in-line pump won't be able to suck sufficient fuel through the non-operating in-tank pump. If the in-tank is operating, you don't need the in-line. If you have to drop the tank to do something about the in-tank pump, you might as well put in a good replacement pump like the Walbro 255. Doing that will require a return-style pressure regulator, but the end product is pretty sound.
Serpentine - You may have to drill and tap one attachment bolt hole. Someone else may have more details on that.
2055's - They will bolt up to the heads and fit in the chassis. The head ports might be slightly occluded by the header flange ports. Check when you have both the engine and headers. They are still probably your best choice for headers. I hope you'll be replacing the rest of the LO3 exhaust as well.

G-body headers won't fit in an f-body.
I'd still do an in-tank electric pump before an in-line.

Re: HO 350 Swap Questions
Didn't think they would. Had a guy suggest them to me the other day. He knows his chevys but don't think he's too familiar with 3rd gen specifics. He's got one helle of a chevelle tho!
