I don't know of ANY engines that can go that far. That's almost ¼". Very few engines can make it to .060" reliably, let alone .200".
Can we assume you mean .020"?
If so, that depends on how bad the condition was before... if it was like-new, you might MAYBE gain in proportion to the increase in CID; which for a 350, whould be around 3 CID. A little less than 1%. So, probably 2 - 3 HP. IOW, so close to zero as to be imperceptible... less than the effect of adding 1 psi to your tires.

I think I see where this is going...
When you bore a motor, don't think of it as a performance gain. Yes, their is some gain from it but it's minimal. I can build a comparable 350 and 350 bored .030" and you wouldn't know which is which. Taking a poop before you get in the car would make just as much of a difference.
Anyway, we would need to know the size motor you are starting with as stated.
