Old engine, no ECM
Old engine, no ECM
I'm considering the possibility of replacing my 2.8 with an ancient 350 c.i.d. w/4bbl. Mechanical fuel pump. No sensors or ECM. Completely decomputerized. Is it possible?
I'd also like to hook it up to a turbo 350 or 400 auto tranny.
I can manufacture anything in the way of motor mounts and tranny xmembers.

Re: Old engine, no ECM

I'm doing basically the same thing but from TPI 305 700 to 355 turbo 350, I found all the info I needed from removal of the in-tank pump to cross member and torque bar mounting and electronic speedo hook-up and more.
All by using the search feature !

Good luck with your build.....
