4 cylinder camaro engine swap

Can someone check out my car and let me know if it's worth swapping a LS engine? And worth putting money into overall..

Workin at a body shop paint is tricky. Depending on damage you don't see, possibly rust, if you want show worthy or just a base paint job it's gonna be around $15-2000. Go to a few cars shows and see where they had theirs done. Finding a reputable painter is half the battle. Shop around and get some bids. If you're in the Houston area I know a few trustworthy guys that do beautiful work.

Re: 4 cylinder camaro engine swap

Just watched your video and that is a very clean car. Everything on it looks like it never left the show room. You got lucky. How much did your pay for it? With a car like that I'd definitely throw time and money at it. Mine wasnt terrible when I got it but that is crazy clean and original. If it was a v8 that would be worth some cash.

Thanks man I got it from a guy across the street from me for $1800. Still can't believe he let it go. It runs beautiful just wish it was faster. Thinking about driving it 1 more summer then next winter put a v8 in it + repaint it the same color. But I was looking into trading it for a Ttop camaro, but Idk I'm kinda attached to this car.
