2.8 mpfi to v8 tbi harness question

2.8 mpfi to v8 tbi harness question
I am in the process of a 2.8 V6 and swapping in a tbi V8. The tbi engine is complete with the transmission, wiring harness, and computer. My question is I have the harness from both engines. Would it be easier to us the 2.8 harness or repin the c100 connector to fit the car?
