I have an '86 Camaro with a 305 4bbl carb and will be swapping to a 350 with 350 horsepower with a carb. Is there any changes I wold have to make for the engine swap to work?

 

I replaced my 305 with a 78 year 350 and discovered that the dio stick was on the drivers on the 350.

 

Are you going to be keeping the computer? My 86 LG4 has a knock sensor and it has been suggested that I put a 350 knock sensor in it. I've heard this knock sensor thing before. May be a stupid question, but I can't find anyone who knows. What is a knock sensor?
