Yeah, looks kinda like it...
Also looks like a little too much "creativity" (wink wink, nudge nudge) was used in "installing" it.
Might make an OK parts car if the body & interior are in good shape, and if that motor isn't welded in or something, to where you can't get it back out.

I guess someone wanted it to be proper Buick/Olds/Pontiac complete with none of those filthy Chevy drivetrain parts.

Chevy to olds isn't really a big deal if I remember correctly. I swapped one into a cutlass I had back in the day and I think all I had to do was change the mounting blocks on the crossmember. It was over 20 years ago tho...

After careful consideration.... It looks better than a lot of SBC swaps I've seen on Craigslist. I mean it doesn't even look like he cut a huge hole in the hood, and it doesn't have that stupid triangle Edlercrock aircleaner.
That has got to count for something.

I would actually try and get the numbers off the block and see what motor it really is. It may only be a 350 or (gasp) a 307, but on the off chance is a 403, those were a great motor.

The upper radiator hose and the alternator bracket are a nice touch , I'll bet Sofa's right about it being welded in there ....
