062 vs 193 Heads, Flat Tappet vs Roller Cam

I have some questions, I have an 880 Casting Block with 193 Swirl Port Heads and Flat Tappet Cam (Truck Motor). I recently purchased a 880 Block with 062 vortecs and full roller cam assembly, needed rebuilt, cylinder walls looked quite rough and water jacket was trashed, only $100 though and got a good cam and heads (96+ Truck/Car Motor). I am wondering what are the specs on the stock flat tappet cam that came in the 880s vs the roller cam. I plan on installing full roller cam on my 193 heads until my 062s get back from the machine shop. I’m pretty sure I have all the information needed to complete this but if I’m missing anything or if my idea won’t work please let me know. Also please don’t say just use the search... I have and can not find the answers I need to know max lift on the 193s stock, stock 880 roller cam max lift, and specs on stock 880 flat tappet cam.
