See title, I'd like to know what I've got under there without tearing it apart.

You are going to have to atleast pull a valve cover. There were atleast 4 different L05s available from GM. 3 are still available to this day. If you pull a valve cover you should be able to peer down past the push rod and see what is there. It will have the link bar between the lifters if it is a roller. If it is without the link bar, it is not roller.

Damn...I just had a cover off to get the head number and I put it back on. Guess it will have to wait, I dont feel like pulling the cover again.

I know of the 3 L05 engines. However I am also pretty sure that only one of the three came with 193 heads so I figured that would be the deciding clue.

Nope they all had 193 variant heads.

Here are the 4 and they were all 193 heads.

A 5th had 906 castings on it and was only used for the 1996 model year.

Caprice 9C1 with L98 roller cam had 193s

Light Duty truck engine had a hydraulic flat tappet cam and 193s

Heavy Duty truck engine had a hydraulic roller cam and 191/810 heads

Caprice/Fleetwood/Roadmaster/Custom Cruiser had the peanut roller and 193s.
