Will everything work out here?

I have a 1990 GTA 5.7 TPI. IM getting ready to ditch the TPI and go to carb. If i got Sportsman II intake and the sportsman heads along with a holly carb and some headers of some sort, would all this fit right? If so would this even be worth it?

it'll fit, be worth it ,i think only you can answer that one. if it were me i think i'd play with the TPI.
