Can I use these ex manifolds, EGR Pipe and Scogin Dicky TPI Man. on a 305/L31R swap?
Can a use these(and a Scogin Dicky TPI Lower Intake, to make a 1989 IROC Z 305 TPI to L31R SWAP, that will supply EGR and pass Ca. SMOG?

The manifolds you linked to only have air pipe provision.
The best bet would be fabricate a egr tube for the c4 tube to go onto.
This could be done easily with headers.
