5.3 swap, not finding answers.

I'm sure this has been covered, I cant seem to find the answer im looking for.
So I have a 92 Camaro RS, carb'd now. Goal is to have this swapped and hopefully ready in 5 ish months..
I'm checking into 5.3's and 6.0's. Besides the oil pan clearance what is needed exactly? Looking to do this swap as absolutely cheap as can be. Repurposing 70% of everything if not more, if I can.
I will go back for power after we get a house(I know right? wish me luck.) and I tear it down for paint etc. My budget I would like stay around is $4000 or less in total.

In a perfect situation here is what I'm looking at:
1. I dont want to run AC. Race car right?
2. What modifications need to be made besides new motor mounts/plates?
3. How budget can I go to save money? Run and drive for now not much on power besides headers and a nice exhaust.
4. I would love to have this done by september in time for LS Fest in bowling green, being my first swap how smooth will this go?
5. The setup I will have comes with the ECU, harness, motor and trans and some extra parts.
6. IF either of these need to be rebuilt how much $$$ will that be?
7. If this ^ isnt a issue my plan is to replace gaskets etc etc.
8. How would I wire gauges to this set up? If my xmas bonus was good enough I would opt for a Holly setup with the little screen lol.
9. If you read all of this thank you so much, I know this is all over the place.
