Engine: A brand new 350 with a forged lower
Transmission: 5 speed, TKO600.
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 373 modified zexel.

If you are installing a roller lifter cam then cam break in is not required because the lifters 'roll' over the lobes whereas a flat tappet cam slides up the cam lobe, thus needed extra lube and 20-30 minutes of high/ variable engine speeds so cam does not get scored from the lifter. Always put extra lube on ANY new cam for aid in allowing the cam and lifter surfaces to mate together.Do Not let the engine idle below 2000 RPM for at least 20 minutes. Preferably longer. So yes to both lube additives.
