Anyone know of anything major that needs to be converted when going from 2.5 to 305
Help I am converting from a 2.5 4cyl to a real engine 85 305 with 350 turbo tranny. Any ideas or suggestions that can help with this will be appreciated. I know about basics such as radiator and cooling fan. As for tranny orig is a 5spd. Converting to the 350 Turbo with B&M Z-Gate Shifter. Any input is appreciated.

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
You basically have to do the same things that the V6 to V8 guys have to do. Look through the posts, you'll find all the info you need.
