Re: 89 Camaro LS1 w/ Holley Term X Max?

Just wanted to give an update. I figured out my backfire issue with cylinder 6 & 8. Had the freaking coil harness on the passenger side on backwards. I looked up the wire diagram a couple times and still missed it. This picture is how I had it and wrong, I just had to flip it.

Yup! May need to look at the tensioner pulley as it looked like it was bouncing a little. I didn't really pay attention that closely when it was running. Modified bracket for shift cable today since it hit 50 degrees outside and then changed oil.
Here's my crazy video

Hell yea man! Sounds good. Live gauges looked good too. Timing, AFR all of it was looking good from what I could see. You'll need to get the engine fully warmed up before adjusting the throttle body for the IAC, just go little by little until you get to about 10-15% then do a TPS auto set

I had adjusted the IAC about a half turn and now it's too low because it was running 0-7, so need to do that again. I let it run a couple times long enough for both fans to kick on, so little over 200°. Thanks for your help! You have videos of your car?

Yea here's mine:

I've changed a few things since this video. I cut the hood to put in functional vents. I have a different compressor cover coated in Illusion Cherry. I'm also changing the piping going into the throttle body
