My friend is swaping out his 305 TPI for a 350 vette TPI. besides the engine what else will he need to modify/replace? Any suggestions are appriciated.

i did this swap,,,everything will bolt up fine, if u want egr to work u will need the corvette intake. i kept my intake and left the egr unhooked with no problems. also make sure to swap the oil pans, the y pipe wont fit with the corvette pan.
