I currently have a rebuit 96 350 in my camaro right now, and this winter im wanting to put different heads on my car. Ive noticed that alot of people have been putting alluminum corvette heads on there camaros, i was wondering where most people find these heads, cause i doubt you find them at a junkyard. I just want something that flows better than my stock cast irons, and will raise my compression cause this motor is a newer marine motor and it has pretty low compression. Suggestions highly welcomed, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to put the picture icon that some people have on this board below there user name. Thanks!

 

aN LT1 is a low compression engine. with the aluminium heads you would gain about 10-20 horses, best thing would be to port the heads you have, triangle valve jobs and bigger valves and blue printing on your headers, manifold AND intake. you can get the heads of EBAY for what, 150$-300$ ... it's a straith swap.
