i have an 89 formula with a 5spdand a 305 tbi. i am gonna build up a 350 for it and i wunna know if there are any hidden problems in the swap. this is wut i already know- i need a regulator to change to carb, i need a diff flywheel if i use an 86 and earlier block(wut size and how many teeth?) and i know the 5pd won't last forever. but as of the swap should it just slide right in and bolt rigth up no problem? thanls

 

Check which side the dip stick is on. I have a per 80's 350 with the dipstick on the drivers side and the 305 orginal had it on the passenger side.
