305 tbi to 350 carbed

i am swapin motors from the 305 to a 350 if i remove the computer will i have trouble with the 700r4 in ne way and will my ignition switch still work even with out the chip i have an 89 rs

The ignition switch will still work with the computer completely removed.

You'll have to get a lockup kit for the transmission. It uses vacuum instead of the computer to tell it when to lockup.
