i want to switch my now carb 305 to a tuned port i know a little about the tuned port but will a tp setup for a 350 block fit directly onto my 305 also is their any parts or information i will need to know while doin this swap

There was no 3rd gen 350 TPI in '86 (unless it's some rare factory experimental or limited release - doubt it), although someone might have put a 350 under it.

There's a tech article on this site on the switch. Take a look at it, then compare what he's selling to that list. I believe both are missing the in-tank fuel pump and associated relays. It would also be nice to know what size injectors it has.

As for "fit directly", that depends upon what year style that intake actually is ('85/'86, or '87-later - can't really see from the picture), and what year your engine is. Not too hard to fix, but an issue to be addressed. A cut-up harness pretty much makes in not a direct fit, though.

Without the harness or PROM, I'd say the price is already pretty high. But, that's just me.

 

i totaled my 85 Iroc TPI recently and am probly going to be selling the tuned port set up, intake co,puter all that jazz, i wont no if im going to sell until next week when i meet with the insurance
