stupid question?forced induction

what is forced induction?is it like the opposite of naturally aspirated? I guess my question is what is the definition/explanation of both. Is one better than the other? Thanks for the reply's in advance!!!!:hail:

forced induction as.. more air than atmospherique pressure
is going in the engine, like a supercharger, or turbo
Naturaly aspirated is no power adder.
