does anyone know for sure what kind of headers these are and if they will work on a '90 L98 T/A?

Those look like coated flowtech headers. Yeah, they should fit a L98, with the exception of the AIR system.

and they'd fit great on an L98

 

they look like crappy *** flowtecs to me.

those are either heddmen or hooker shorys
and just for your info
the flowtechs fit better then alot of the more expencive headers and y-pipe systems out there
and the system is only $200
and for a slightly moded 305 its all you need
