I do not blame stupid people for being stupid, what i do blame them for is for not asking smart people for advice. When ever my mom asks for help, i tell her, i'm the one who knows what he's doing, not you, don't question me, just do what i tell you to. if stupid people would just realize they were stupid, and consult a smart person for advice, before they went and did something stupid and got pregnant/got someone pregant, this ****hole of a world would be a lot better. - adam corola

I used to push Zaino hardcore on here, but then I grew up a bit and realized people will use what they will and be happy with it. Zaino Polish is simply a specialized product that some people will never understand its worth until they try it themselves, and do it CORRECTLY, at least 3 coats to get the most out of their product.
I Zaino Vipers and Vettes and Benz's and such all the time. If its good enough for them Its good enough for you.

Well, here is one of the pics I took of my car (in horrible for shine/reflections weather) after I used Rain-X wax. I plan on buying some Zaino next spring, but for 6 bucks I think its good stuff!

A picture can make any flawed surface look great. The below picture is of my 86 442 after using Meguire's Gold Class. The paint is 16 years old, has some slight fading, and has acid rain discoloration on it. I tried the Zaino on another car I have and it felt nice and smooth, however, it doesn't work very well on a car that has alot of graphics or decals. It leaves a buildup along the edges. That car is a 93 Pace car. Very decaled.

I think anything can reflect if the right lighting is there. Zanios benefits are not just the shine. It's the ease of use, protection and how long it last. There are people who swear by it and others who don't. My brother does... and I like it as well. I'll be ordering some later this month since my car has never been waxed.

you must have applied the polish too thick. That, or the Z1 Polish Lock didnt hit the edges of the decals too well enough. Now, I be sure to get a good coat of Z1 on the decaled area, and have no probs with build up. The polish should be applied extremely thin, like barely able to see it, and should leave no residue.

Zaino holds up pretty good under strange circumstances too. I was at the shore labor day weekend at one of these hotels with the pool on the second floor. I didn't notice when I parked that the pool deck overflow drain emptied right over the trunk of my z. When we came out the next night to go to dinner, the entire back of the car was encrusted with dried chlorine and anything else that was in the water! I was figuring major finish damage from the way it looked. Went to the high pressure car wash across the street and blew it all off...car looks perfectly fine, and didn't even have to reapply the Zaino. That stuff is amazing.

I haven't had a front plate on any of my cars since '88 and never got hasseled by the cops. Already this month I've been pulled over TWICE for no front plate! The reason...? The new devices that they are installing around here to catch traffic light offenders registers your front plate which is why the cops are so hot to bust you for not having one!

Zano may be good, but if it were that good I still believe a major manfacturer would pick it up and make 10X what he makes now. Until it come to a store near me I don't and won't by this miracle snake oil..

I understand what you're saying, but some of the highest quality products are not marketed through a major distributor. Products like Saladmaster cookware, Kirby vacuum cleaners, etc., are not sold at stores like Sears or Wal-Mart because the average consumer will not pay a premium price for a premium product. Most people buying car wax/polish at AutoZone or Wal-Mart wouldn't pay the price for Zaino.

He's right. I work at discount auto parts and our highest end polish is Liquid Glass. Sold at 16.99. That's pretty cheap in comparison to Zaino seeing as it's a all in one while zaino requires few bottles of each. We might sell 2 cans of liquid glass per 3-4 months. Now meguires paste wax... or mothers polish. We'll go through 1 or 2 a day sometimes. It cheaper. That's what people want.

lol...

Thats the beauty of it tho, its NOT readily available in stores. Sal Zaino keeps most of the business on the internet b.c it makes him PLENTY of $ and he doesnt want to manufacture 'just another car care product'.

I would almost go so far as to say its 'too good' for store shelves. The only stores that it's carried in around here are the stores my friend Steve puts stuff on consignment through, detail shops, race shops, etc.

BTW- no 'snake oil' either
