It doesn't have a Muffler, just a resonator. It is the best sounding and best flowing exhast system SLP has. But they don't make them to fit Thirdgens. YET!!!!

Seems to me (I dont know shi t btw) that there is a serious bend, and the fact that it bends into two at the ends. Seems like some big restrictions to me. They may sound nice, but if it was one straight 4" pipe or even 3" - I'd say it'd flow a lot better.

Yes a single would flow a little better.. but that is exactly the system I was thinking about fabricating... no muffler at all. That has got to sound amazing. Anyone else make a kit like that?

I'm sure it could be done. The best I've got is a link to a page where they installed it on a LS1 car and WOW does it sound killer. Check that page out:

I mean, it won't sound the exact same on our cars, but it'd proabbly be similar. I mean, you go throw that on a L03 and it'll never be nearly as loud just due to the HP difference alone. Some people never learn that, more HP = more noise even throught the exact same exhaust.

That.. sounds....awwwsssoommmee... hehe...I def. wan't to run something like that on my LO3. Of course it won't be quite as loud.. but still has gotta sound better than my flowmaster setup.

It definately will have a different sound than a flowmaster.
Actually, it will sound about the same as a straight pipe (since it basically is) but with that many bends it calms down the sound at least a little. I'll bet on an LO3 it wouldn't even be unreasonably loud. I've seen an IROC in town that had a setup that looked just like it, but it was proabbly fabbed by a shop. Never got the hear it though, it was just sitting in a parking lot for sale.
