Car: yy wife, crazy.
Engine: 350, Vortecs, 650DP
Transmission: TH-350
Axle/Gears: 8.5", 3.42
I got it. I like it. If you're getting the 2 1/2" then don't expect it to do well on an engine that puts out more than 300HP. But's that's mainly due to the small size.

I bought mine because the one the car had on it was lame as hell. It was a factory design that someone had added chrome tips to. It was nasty.

I am building a 330HP 355cid for my car, and will probably use it until I feel the need to switch to a 3" pipe. And I may just us a cutout on the 2 1/2". I don't know yet.

One thing you can always do later (or I guess I can do) is to put the Ultra Flow muffler on it later. That would also help.

I like the way mine sounds. It's nice and deep. Not loud at all, but noticable when I get on it. I just recently changed my cat and that helped a lot. It sounds great now. After I first put it on about 2 yrs ago, I thought it was kind of boring sounding. But now I know why it sounded that way.

You'll like it. Especially for the $$$. I wish that $25 rebate was around when I bought mine.

My friend has it on his 88 IROC. I don't like it at all. Its too quiet, even with his gutted cat.
