Hedman Headers clearance problem.

Hedman Headers clearance problem.

Finally got my headers in this weekend. OMG what a difference that made. Can't keep the *** end on the road now. However I have a clearance problem on the passenger side. The header is sitting on the frame / fender well hard and it is causin the top not to seal good obviously causing a small leak. If I hold a lighter over the top of the header it flickers over the 2 center exhaust ports. What would cause this? I am going to put in a new set of motor mounts in the morning to see if it's just sagging, but theres not much play room there.

i just put the 350HO into my camaro a few days ago, my clearance is a little better than that, although it is touching the fuel lines. are you running a copper gasket? paper probably winds up crunching down thinner. i have brand new motor mounts too. here are a few pics:
