Axle/Gears: 8.5", 3.42
Dynomax Power!!!!!
I just read the latest GM High Tech Performance (GMHTP). They put a Dynomax 3" catback with the Super Turbo muffler, on a '89 'Bird with a 305 TPI, Auto, 130K miles and they picked up 2 tenths!!!!!! :rockon: :rockon: :rockon: :rockon:
The dynomometer showed a 10HP gain and 3-4 lbft of torque!!! Cost about $165
Gotta love cheap power.
I'm not saying that Dynomax is better than the others. *cough*cough*bullsh!t*
I'm just trying to show some of the newbies what kind of improvements to expect with a cat back.
I just wish I would have opted to get the 3"

FYI, they're building this car up little by little for those who are interested. Who knows what door #2 holds.
