Are these headers too small for my mods? I will be porting my heads soon.

What do you guys think?

I would definetly go larger that 1 1/2" inch, for your mods on the 305, I would go with the 1 5/8" for sure. 1 3/4" work best with the 350s, I wish I would have gotten 1 5/8".

1.5" headers are the best match for a vast majority of 305's. You'd have to be solidly over 300hp before you need to step up to 1 5/8"..and thats very hard to do with a 305.
