If you know me and read some of my topics then know whats been done with my motor(induction modified)anyway i have TES headers free flowing catalytic converter and a catback flowmaster exhuast system. A little later i plan on ordering a procharger system and i really believe the cutouts will help on the 1/4 when i race against teh mustangs at mustangs VS camaros at NJ raceway park. With slicks and proper shifting how many tenths of a sec. should i be losing with the cutouts. P.S i have a single 3 inch system.

I have one cutout and the car always goes 2 tenths faster. So I'd say... 20 horsies ?

i just bought one of those and i am going to put it where my cat goes. i am also geting a small pipe to get all the gass out from under the car. it comes with the right flang so you just have to take the cap off and use the wing nuts to put the new one on

I have the TES and Edelbrock cat back with a Summit 3" cutout in place of the cat. I agree it is worth at least .2 tenths.

I just got my 3 inch cutout from Summit yesterday. I'm getting welded in today. And if you guys really think it's worth 2 tenths in the 1/4 then damn I guess I'm getting my moneys worth.

put it before the cat. at the track you want top end power more than low end torque (ie: less backpressure is good) it sounds great too
