What motor are they going on, other mods?

Hooker Super Comps or just the comps?

Should sound pretty good.

What kind of aftermarket y will you use with long tubes??

You realize those are 1 3/4 right? 1 5/8ths will breathe fine up to 400hp, then again if you plan to build it later on, nothin wrong for plannin for the future.

I think you can get up to about 20% more HP than what the motor has than stock.

Hello Curtis,You're only getting the headers and y pipe, which is a deal at $200 installed. The super comps you're getting are not the ones that everyone on here refers to.Yes there long tubes but they have 1 1/2 primaries and 2 1/2 collectors and the collectors
turn and run in front and behind the oil pan sump with dual 2 1/2 pipe going back to a Flowmaster Y dual 2 1/2 in 3 comming out.
I'm going to connect to you're existing exhaust a foot before it goes over your axle.I told you're dad that,SORRY I can't let you have the headers,Y pipe and American Thunder system for $200
installed,as the way it is,I've got a little over $300 invested in the
headers alone not to mention the cost of the Y pipe and the pipe to connect it all up.You're dad said you didn't need a muffler and I cant afford to give it away.By the way what size is the pipe going into you're muffler?I'll need to know so I can get a connecter to connect the Y pipe to you're exhaust. If you have any questions
feel free to call me.Bill

Sorry I forgot to mention,If you want a Idea of what it sounds like remind me to play a tape when you come over to dropp you're car off I made of my Iroc doing a hole shot, but remember thats with the headers Flowmaster exhaust and bolted
on a BUILT 355.The headers will change what you're current exhaust sounds like but remember the exact same exhaust on two cars one with a built motor and one with a stock motor will sound different.Bill

Yes they're 1 1/2 .I wish they were bigger.I'm switching to the
super comps every body on here always refers to,1 3/4 primaries,
3in collectors. My Iroc is hardly streetable anymore, going with 2 1/2 duals with Dynomax Bullets.Dumping in front of the rear end.

yeah, i know i dont get the flowmasters and thats ok, just seein how much performance you get from the whole system. and its ok i have a pretty good idea of what it sounds like. also the pipe going to the inlet of my muffler is about 2 1/2in, or whatever the stock size is for an 85 trans am. i know your givin me a really good deal and i appreciate it. thanks
