Hooker 2460's and o2 sensor

i just bought those headers and the o2 sensor bung is there and treaded but it is blocked. they never drilled the hole for it. what is the best way to drill it out. also it seems that the o2 sensor bung is 180 degrees around the header.

I just bought the exact same headers, check the instructions, they
say the size drill bit and everything you need to do to them, they leave it blocked in case you dont want to use and o2 sensor, for carb. applications.

They put their O2 bungs on the back side for some reason. My sensor wire barely made it, but with some tweaking of the wire in the harness, I was able to make it reach without touching anything.

Nah, no harm. Just won't go to closed loop...
