Where do i put the o2 sensor from my cat i took off

Where do i put the o2 sensor from my cat i took off

Where do i put the o2 sensor after i put a 2 foot pipe instead of the catalytic converter???

This is on a thirdgen right? The O2 sensor should be on the driver side exhaust manifold. There shouldn't be any factory sensors on or around the cat, unless you swapped in an LT1 or LS1 from a fourth gen.

theres a rubber hose coming from the cat on the passanger side of the car.

the only thing that goes to the cat is the air tube that i know of, from the air pump..

yeah you could remove the smog pump and all the stuff connected to it, or just leave it there, if that is the air tube its just air coming out... so do you have an o2 sensor on the car still?

maybe maybe not i might just leave the cat on and i might take it off dont know if i can get the hole pipe with out haveing to buy 2 or three different parts i will take it off.
