seems most are 2.5". I want 3" from the converter to the muffler. If it has duel out than 2.5" out on both sides is fine.

the ultra flo catback is what you need. As far as i know, it still has the 3" inter pipe.

the confusion has been that is a 2.5" mandrel bent pipe to a 3" cat flange. but the Ultra flow is the higher model so maybe it does have 3". The normal "dynomax catback" that I asked for is 2.5" I checked PNs of the individual pieces and got their real size.

The Dynomax Ultraflow cat back kit is a 2.5" int. and over-axle pipe. The only way to get a full 3" exhaust from Dynomax,, currently is to buy the separate parts.
Here's a picture and parts listing of the pieces needed to build your own 3” Dynomax “Race Series” Cat back

This is an inlet to outlet shot of the 17227 Dynomax (3” inlet, dual opposite exit 2.5” tailpipes) - pretty straight through for one side. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/ViewP...p=45950157&f=0

Thanks PROCHARGED,

It's aluminized, including the muffler. Call Summit with the part numbers,, I believe they have them in stock,, should be under $260,, I'd think. Got all mine through friends that still have wholesale connections.

If you don't like the turndown tail pipes, get two 90 degree bends and have a muffler shop weld a set up with a section of straight pipe what ever tips you want to run.

Sounds great!! A little loud for me,, but nice. I'd say it sounds very similar to the CVX muffler,, maybe a little louder. Very similar design. Sounds a little like the Borla Sportsman.
