Can the tail pipe extensions from a fourth gen Borla Cat Back adjustable exhaust(with dual, square, angle cut, intercooled tips) be used on a third gen Borla Cat Back adjustable exhaust? I was looking at the pictures from Borla and it looked like the same design. I would like to see if it would bolt up. If it does I will order the parts from Borla to get those tips, just a thought. Maybe I can get them for free since there is a warantee

I think there was a post like this a while back on this board or another and I think someone said they will fit and cost like $120. I have been thinking about doing it to ever since I got my borla cat back with the crappy tailpipes.

I talked to Steve at Borla and he says that it's an option now. And it won't cost you $280 more, something like $180 more. I forget the exact number. I personally don't like the looks of exhaust after all those ricers so I'm all about dual 3" stainless turndowns, now that would look good if pushed up under the bumper.
