well i started today, it sucks though because its raining. but my dad just went with some of my cash to buy my sawzall and some steel blades.

ive been using his stupid hack saw which does on but its to tall in some places or just retarded.

im awaiting my headman LT's, pipe, and mufflers which i hopewill be comming today or tomarrow, then i just got to have my friend welt them and hen im hanging them up.

this shows how i cut one pipe and broke the other, i just cant get the rest to ether break or there isnt enough room to get in the hack saw.

 

what the heck kind of exhaust setup do you have there? is that 2 mufflers that i see? it looks pretty killer whatever it mights be, good job and good luck putting the headers in

 

i have an 83 camaro, that was the stock exhaut 82-84 didnt have a crossflow, we had dual mufflers and an I pipe, but i got soem new pictures, i got a sawzall and lobded off everything past the cat, i started her up when my paretns got home and reved it a few times, neighbors call the sopers on me for disturbing the peace, 384hp and 391tq at the crank, running through the stock manifolds, to y-pipe, then out the cat and about an inch or so of pipe, SOUNDS MEAN AS HELL.

lol thanks, well that was just because it was raining and because my moms resto project is in the garage, its a 2 car agarage, but my old and new camaro parts are in there, and her car and all the stuff for her falcon. to bad its a ford. . .

 

Stock exhaust, you don't want it LOL Sounds ok at idle but just makes a wooshing sound when you get on it (or so my friends told me) That has got to be the worst stock exhaust I've ever seen on a car. Ripped mine out soon as I could

 

I had to do that when putting my headers and y-pipe on hehe started it up, reved it a few times and turned it off before the cops came over to see what all the fuss was about. The police station is about 150 feet away from where I work on the car lol.
