I have a lowered IROC that I want To install headers on... It is lowered 1.5" and would like to know if Hooker Super Comps would fit fine. What did you guys use on your slammed car.

 

do you think that shorties with a custom y pipe would work or will the full size ones work ok??

 

I have Hooker long tubes on my car, and it has Eiabach lower springs. Basically, if you drive too fast on a bumpy road, you'll draf the pipes. So, be carefull and all will be fine. It's real close, but it works. I sometimes smacked the Y-pipe with my old shorty headers. So, I'll take the power increase and just try and be careful. Hope this shed ome light on the subject.
