Check the engine swap board, I think only the stock LS1 manifolds or something custom.
I think Ford SB are equally spaced so maybe a mustang headers with some bolt holes drilled in them may work. Don't know about that though.

The LS1 headers look just like big block headers because they have the equally spaced tubes. You just have to look for F-body headers '98+ or Corvette headers '97+

From what I've read, the stock LS1 manifolds are the only ones that'll work.
This guy used LS1 manifolds and a modified MAC Y pipe. It still hauls *** with exhaust manifolds!

Needs to be mentioned that their manifolds are exactly like ours. They are "logged".

The stock LS1 manifolds are about 10 times better than our stock IMO. I've had one in my hand for about an hour trying to get a broken stud out of it yesterday. (roommate has an '02 WS6)
The "log" part angles down maybe 30* below the exhaust ports and is cast very nicely compared to anything on my 2 thirdgens. Quite smooth and not much to port IMO, unless you wanted to make things larger, nice smooth transitions. I bet they make can make 350+ RWHP with stock manifolds N/A.

We're putting a ls1 into a 85 Camaro. Bought SLP long tube headers, and they don't fit. We had Street and Performance build us a set, but they're not equal length. We did get them coated though. I'd stick with the manafolds, or a set of shorties.
