Who has hooker catback?
and what does it sound like, anyone have a video or sound clip?
i need a new catback and im tired of hearing the flowmaster...drone, its either the hooker or SLP...

there are many many things that affect sound. pretty much everything lol. sound for everybody is different.........

IMO NO catback exhaust is loud if you are running a cat. the converter kills sound. with a high performance you will get louder exhaust note then a car with the same setup on a low output engine. ask mark, but the cats arent gonna let it be that loud

I want to get a hooker catback for my sisters rs 92 305. Do they come with the dual chrome tips i was going to get mine from jegs.I wasnt sure how good they were the pic looked good on jegs.com tho. Does nebody have it on a tbi 305 i was wondering how loud it was.

Yes they come with the dual chrome tips. Some people like them, some don't, but you can always replace them. The catback isn't very loud at idle, but at WOT it really screams, sounds great. I don't have the catback on mine, I'm running dual hookers, but I've heard the catback on somebody's car from school. It doesn't sound near as good as my duals, but it sounds nice.

I think I'm selling my cat-back now. I'm going a different route now, and no longer need it. Anyone local interested, dunno how much shipping it would be

why does the summit book have a listing for the Hooker cat back exhaust and tell you that the muffler is sold seperatly? All I want is the muffler and tail pipes
