Who makes a muffler with 2 inlet pipes and 2 outlet pipes for 2.5" exhaust pipes? I'd really like to know because I had a really cool idea for a dual exhaust set up, but I would need one of these mufflers to have any kind of decent ground clearance. Anyone know who makes one, and maybe how much they cost?

 

flowmastermufflers.com shows some stuff on their flowmaster 80 series with dual inlets and outlets. i recall seeing someone with a magnaflow one i think. there are many options out there...

 

they guy with the magnaflow is me i did some looking and measuring and found out that the best place to put a muffler was either the stock location or the stock cat location. So I found one at magnaflow and i called them up and talked to them about it. Found out it has a built in x pipe. Not like flowmasters this muffler has both inlets on one side and both outlets on the other just what i needed to fab this up! That is exactly the kind of muffler i was talking about. How much did that cost you? And how loud is it?

 

Oh yea, also, hoe big are the inlet/outlet pipes on that muffler? they look like 2.5" to me...

 

well it sounds really good. Its really nice and rumbly and throaty when cruising but screams when your foot is in it! You are correct sir! all four are 2.5 inch!

 

and it costs less than 100 bucks from jegs great deal!
