First I'd like to apologize if this is not the name for it. I can fix it, just don't know what to call it for sure. Anyway that is what I am using. I recently bought a 87 T/A and there was duct tape on the cold air. I removed it and apparently, the guy tried to silicon the plastic box on the system. I removed it and this is what I did:
I took PVC pipe and a 90 degree piece along with rubber seals and made my own. It works better and faster than before. So if ya need it let me know and I'lll give details.

 

Sounds like what I did. I painted mine with heat-resistant engine paint.

this should go into the TPI board.. but i have one question.. where is your maf? 87's came with one and the only thing that is stopping me from doing so is the maf

 

his is a firebird 1990-92 had speed density. no maf

 

im not talkin about him... i know that he has sd.. .its the first post.. she has a 87 TA... read the discription... it sounds like the one Fyre made.... i guess the maf is in that line somewhere... but if its set up like Fyre's... then where is the MAF
