Hedman Headers... what gasket?

I've got a set of Hedman Headers W/ A.I.R. on my '87 IROC 305 TPI right now. I am compiling the parts to get my 350 under there. I wanted to know what kind of port style I should get for my header gaskets?

Do I get stock square, round, etc? This is my daily driver so it's not like I can take it apart see, and then go get them.

Thanks!

the headers *should* have round ports (if they're the shorty ones, that is. dunno 'bout any others)....take a look at the exhaust ports on the 350's heads and see what they have. Not sure if the gasket should be closer matched to the headers or to the heads, though. I'm far from being a tech guru

This is a car I bought from my friend, he bought them off of here for $75 used. I havn't run this thing in the quarter... but with a full exhaust, coil, ported plenum, k&n, air foil, gutted air boxes, plugs, wires.... it pulled 180 HP at the wheels. Assuming a 20% loss from the flywheel through an automatic.... it's a gain of about 28 over stock... with 144K miles on it. I hate the peanut cam.

Few more parts and my 350 is ready to go in.

Summit Part # HED-68471

Headers, Street, Black, 1982-92 Camaro SBC, Shortie w/A.I.R. 1.625 in. Pri. $265.39

I think the Y pipe from summit is $99... other wise it's like $200 to fabricate which is what was done for me.

I believe you're supposed to match the gasket to the head.
