Dynomax Headers and Mufflers

I was wondering if anyone has installed a set of Dynomax Street Series headers? They look pretty good, especially with the Jet-Hot coating. You can see them here:http://www.dynomax.com/headers.stm

I know alot of people use SLP and Edlebrock TES headers on our cars. I have an all stock 350 TPI and was just wanting something that was a bolt on, sounded good, and looked good. Also looking at their mufflers because everyone else has Flow's. Not sure about the cat yet.

Also, even though Dynomax does not list a set for a 350 for our cars, could I use one for a 305? I already emailed them about this and they said it had to do with clearance around the bottom of the engine, what a bunch of BS. Any help will be greatly appreciated

I can not believe no has ever used their headers or heard anything about them. I have done searches on the board and I can not find an answer to my questions above.

Hi. Search for the topic "What Would You Do?" posted my myself in the Tech forum. I have a 1987 Camaro Sport Coupe 305 V8, and i plan to add Dynomax headers, super converter, and dual Ultra Flow mufflers. I've read alot of reviews and i really like them alot. I summed it up, and to get two Jet-Hot coated headers, 1 super converter, and two Ultra Flow cat back systems, it will be $444 w/o tax. All of these are for a TPI 3rd gen because they flow better than the ones for the 305, thus making my car sound and perform much better.

Thanks for the link. I had done alot of searching on the boards and I guess never came across your post. I talked to the owner of CCS Performance here in Austin and he said save your money and go for some Jet Hot'd SLP's. Hes done tons of work on camaros both 3rd and 4th gens and Vette's and he says its the only way t go. I just so happened to pick up a 3 chamber flow mater muffler for $20 from a friend of mine so Im going to stick it on and save up for the SLP's.
